Direct bolt on aluminum mount installs behind the factory center taillight to anchor the license plate frame below the taillight with no drilling required. A simple solution for 2014-2023 Harley-Davidson models with quick detach tour-pak conversion. Available with Chrome or Gloss Black finish.
